2nd August 2007. The builders have more or less finished leaving the remaining work for volunteers. The heating system has been tested and electrical system and fire alarm are installed. The first fix is completed for the alarm and CCTV and will be completed soon. The floor covering in the main hall, small room and main entrance is being laid from 21st to the 24th August. 28th June 2007. The following progress has been made. Heating system and most of plumbing installed. Kitchen 90% fitted with more progress expected weekend 29th/1st. Store room at one end of hall and stage at the other well under way by Tomas/Dave & Roy. Doors being fitted. Go ahead given to Delta Alarms to install alarm system and CCTV to be commissioned by 13th July.

15th June 2007. Progress being made with tiling of kitchen and toilets. Heating system (oil) being installed and painting of kitchen/hall and toilets progressing well. Materials for stage ordered from Huws Gray for delivery 18th June and hopefully voluteers will work on this during week 18th-22nd.

7th June 2007 Beams being given a coat of black by volunteers working on the gantry supplied by Ellis

4th June 2007. Ceiling of main hall given its first coat of white emulsion by Roy, Dave, Tomas, Chris & Ken

2nd June 2007. Since the last item posted in March there has been considerable progress. The first fix electrical rewiring has been completed. Similarly for the first fix plumbing. The plasterers have almost completed their work and by tuesday 5th June the ceiling of the main hall will be available for painting by volunteers from the community. The kitchen floor tiles will be laid by the 8th June followed on the 9/10th by the kitchen.
