2. Matters arising from minutes of last general meeting
3) Cannot change phone supplier until contract has finished in June or £100
fine
5) Health Board Expert Patient Programme for Chronic Heath issues cancelled
due to lack of applications.
6.g) Bowls competition received very well. Interest in further bowls competitions.
3rd/4th Wednesday evening per month are free.
3. Finance update
Spreadsheet provided to indicate
state of bank accounts
Aerobics is doing well, charges may have to be increased for attending or
charge decreased for the instructor.
Retention for building has been paid.
4. Business Plan
a) Newborough allotments still ongoing
b) Newsletter – last newsletter was in 2008
c) New brochure to be updated
d) Menter Iaith Group – new group formed Clwb yr Iaith Pawb
e) Potential funding for plastering and extension from the Welsh Assembly
Government
5. Letter regarding vandalism
Addresses are required. Cash accepted
only, letter to be sent with invoice and Huws Gray receipt. Cleaning costs
to be removed but to state 4hours of cleaning were required. £50 + fitting.

6. Key Holding
Liz Webb has resigned. Schedule for opening and closing for groups such as Education Department and Health Visitor to be discussed.
7. Raffle
Brand new bicycle donated by Jon
Brown.
Names and phone numbers to be written on the back of tickets sold.
To be drawn on Easter Saturday with other prizes.
8. Diary Jan/Feb
2 childrens parties this weekend.
24/02/2010 – WI – Indoor bowl competition – Umpire required
29/02/2010 – St Dwynwen’s Disco for the children. 6pm till 8pm,
50p entrance along with refreshments hot dogs etc.
9. Allotments
Lease has been signed. The land is ready, 7 have already signed up with 8 allotments left.
10. AOB
a) Need more suggestions from young
people of activities they would like to see in the hall
b) Grant put in for Wii Fit
c) Community Chest Grant available for application
d) Tidy Towns, eligible for £500. Need ideas and suggestions. Suggestions
for a rockeries and a lighthouse for outside Eglwys Bach
e) Betty Cook has volunteered to clean
f) Start a Facebook group
g) Purchase a cleaning cupboard
h) Meeting to be held on the 27/01/2010 to plan future activities
i) Suggestion to hold a music night every 6 weeks
